Testimonies from the Mission Hall Teams

Hello Colin, I wanted to share some highlights from the mission hall last night as the team served.
The Holy Spirit was moving through Amy’s leadership as usual.
We had everyone’s attention for most of the service. Most people were receiving from the message.
Over 100 people came through, including many beautiful families. Kids too.
Faith was built and rebuilt, and a number of people were saved!
Some powerful moments:
* Will shared his testimony, and one man was moved to tears, relating deeply to Wills story of getting his kids back.
Mark: (young white guy 25y) The ground was hard he had obviously been through a very dark life; he thought the gospel was “weird” and had never read a Bible. Or heard the gospel before. Though he initially resisted, he listened to my testimony, shook my hand, and let me share why the gospel is so “cool.” Seeds were planted.
Kyle: A very sweet young man who was soaking in the hope during the message.. I noticed him several times during the message. He had pain in his eyes, but he also had thankfulness. Soaking in the hope of the good news.
I found him later with his head down, gave him a big hug!!!! And we prayed for him before he had to leave. He received Jesus into his heart!
First Nations Man: A man in overalls (homeless)who had never welcomed God before.
He called me over to pray for him. And told me to put my hand on his head.
I could see his faith.
I prayed for him with all my heart, and he received Jesus for the first time. I told him God responds to the kind of faith I saw in him.
Sean: A young man from a Christian home going through a hard time. I reaffirmed that God is only good and prayed for his protection, favor, and for him to recommit his faith and find a church family.
During the salvation prayer, we saw hands lifted and people truly entering into friendship with God.
Many others expressed so much thanks for the Good News.
